Paradigm Project Fifth Annual Conference

This workshop is for educators and leaders who would like to explore joyful, intentional, innovative, effective, and collaborative work. Different techniques will be presented to serve as magnifying lenses through which participants will be able to reconnect with their own source and passion, as well as their organizations’ mission. We will also explore the power of vulnerability in leadership and its endless connections to success. This unique workshop uses participatory methods that move concepts into action.
