Morah Chanie has been teaching in early childhood programs for 20 years. She had the opportunity to teach in schools abroad and in several states allowing her to experience a variety of teaching tools and discipline methods. After starting her own school, in 2007, she began her search for a better way to interact with children. Discovering Conscious Discipline, she began implementing self-regulating skills in her school and home. In the past 3 years, she trained extensively with certified CD coaches, school workshops and week-long conference. While she is not a certified CD coach, she has created her own blend of skills and tools derived from her journey of learning and explorations of various conscious based programs. She offers parenting classes for various communities, workshops for local early childhood centers and classroom management consultations. She is a mother to 5 children, a partner to her husband as community leaders and the Director of The Gan Early Childhood Center.
